A bit about me

I thought far more about organizational dysfunction early in my career than your average 20-something - “why does work have to be so hard?!” - and found I had a gift for identifying breaks in ‘the system’ and which levers, if applied, could fix them.

Over time I grew increasingly passionate about wanting to aid organizations and employees to succeed together - to ensure that the many hours leaders and their teams spent at work were productive and fulfilling. Life is short!

With many years experience getting it right - and wrong - as an employee, manager, and ultimately organizational and operational leader, I am devoted to building strategic, scalable, equity-centered solutions that improve company culture, employee experience and business success.

My work has spanned multiple industries with growing responsibilities across marketing, business development, strategy and operations. In businesses of varying size and stage of development, I have developed expertise in company visioning, strategic planning, building and turning around departments, operationalizing strategy and leading change.

When not contemplating how to catalyze purpose-driven organizations to their fullest potential, you’ll find me in Portland, OR with my husband and tween daughter getting into nature, entertaining, planning a trip, gardening - or just sitting still feeling grateful for it all.
